GenAI Studio is a web application that enables users to generate images and videos using Google's Gemini AI technology (Nano Banana Pro for images and Veo 3.1 for videos). This service requires users to provide their own Google Gemini API key.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service.

4. Content Generation

You are solely responsible for all content you generate using this application. You agree not to generate content that:

5. API Key and Billing

You are responsible for all charges incurred through your Google Gemini API key. We do not control or have access to your Google account billing. Please review Google's billing policies and usage limits before using this service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
